Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

By accepting our Terms & Conditions you also confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, have the legal right to possess and/or read adult material in your community and will not permit any minor to see any materials you find here. You agree, and confirm, that your use of the Site is in full compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction(s) to which you are subject, and that you are not prohibited from using the Site due to any restriction, including any age restriction;

• You are aware the Site is an adult website that may contain sexually explicit photographs, video, audio, language, and other material;
• It is not illegal to view adult nudity or adult sexual materials in the community/locale in which you reside or where you are currently located;

If you find that any advertisement or profile displayed on the Site by the Advertisers does not provide safe or lawful services, please notify us immediately by sending an email to support@escortsuncensored.com;
• You will not attempt to bypass any security of the Site and understand that accessing the Site constitutes an implicit acceptance of the Terms;
• The Site can revise the Terms at any time. Please read the Terms any time you visit the Site, since the Terms are subject to change and are binding to you; and
• You confirm you have carefully read all the Terms.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

General:

• The Terms apply to all credit card payments made to the Site;
• By making a credit card payment to the Site, or by requesting Electronic Communications, you accept the Terms; and
• The Site may amend the Terms at any time by posting the amendment on the Site at least 30 days prior to the effective date of change.

Authorization:

• By entering your credit card information, you are stating that you are an authorized user of the credit card and that the associated information entered (account holder name, account number, billing address, etc.) is accurate; and
• You authorize the Site to charge the amount you have requested to your credit card.

Confirmation of Payment:

• By clicking “Submit” you are consenting to receive a one-time confirmation of this payment electronically to the email address you have provided to the Site.

ACCEPTABLE USE

THE ADVERTISERS (VERIFIED INDEPENDENT ESCORTS)

Photos, text copy, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material (the Material) published in advertisements on the Site are provided by the Advertisers who are registered members of the Site, and who are solely responsible for the Material published in advertisements, and who are required by the Site to be the legal owner of the Material.

The Advertisers are not allowed to upload fake photos or fake videos and if we find such a profile the whole account will be deleted immediately. The Advertisers must provide a verification picture as proof that their profile is real. Verification photo requirements are stated in each user account. The verification photo is for internal use only and it will never be published by the Site.

The Advertisers are not permitted to upload any content showing genitals and any such pictures will be immediately deleted or blurred.

All of the Advertisers published on the Site must be over the age of 18 years.

All of the Advertisers published on the Site are verified independent escorts and we do not allow escort directories to register or publish any kind of profiles on the Site. If we find profiles that link to directories, we will delete them without any notification. Also, we DO NOT accept registration of porn sites, cam sites, dating sites or any similar adult sites.

The Site will manually review each post and pictures before a profile goes LIVE online. If we determine that the age of the escort is in question, we may ask for further ID and age verification and we reserve the right to refuse to publish content if an image fails to meet good business practices. All fraudulent advertisements will be deleted without notice.

Takedown policy – each advertisement has a “report fake” button. If you think any of the Advertisers have used a fake photograph, or that any content is fraudulent or is an infringement of copyright, then please use the “report fake” button. We deal with each report within 7 business days, however usually it is much sooner.

VERIFICATION OF THE ADVERTISERS

As the administrator of the Site we verify the Advertisers profiles. These profiles have a VERIFIED status marked in blue. All of the Advertisers on the Site have a “verification” option in their account. We require verification pictures or face + ID picture as proof that a profile is real. When the Advertiser sends the required verification picture(s) we provide the Advertiser with a “verified” status.

However, please be aware that the Site cannot and does not make any guarantees or warranties that either the Advertiser in the pictures in any advertisements will be the same individual who shows up for any date arranged between the Advertiser and the User.

THE ADVERTISERS CONTENT

Within the Terms, “your content” means Material (including, without limitation, photos, text copy, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to the Site, for whatever purpose.

You grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and to distribute your content in any existing or future media. You also grant to us the right to sub-license these rights and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

You warrant and represent that your content will comply with the Terms.

Your content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or us or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).

Any material promoted by Advertisers that shows signs of fraud, extortion and other criminal activities will be removed and blacklisted with immediate effect.

You must not submit any content to the Site that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.

You must not submit any photos to the Site that have text links, logos, phone numbers or e-mails on them. We remove such images without notification.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to the Site, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published on the Site.

FREE ADVERTISEMENTS

Advertisers can list their profile material as a Free Advertisement in the form of a Free Listing at the Site and each of Advertiser is entitled to post only one Free Listing. The Free Listing will be published at the Site after the profile material for the Free Listing has been submitted by the Advertiser and is verified & approved by the Site.

PAID ADVERTISEMENTS

Advertisers may purchase Premium Advertisement Positions that place their Free Listing into a VIP, TOP or PREMIUM TOP advertisement position. The cost of purchasing Premium Advertisement Positions at the Site vary as detailed in the advertising rates page included in the Advertisers dashbard. We need up to 24 hours to activate any Paid Premium Advertisement Positions after we have received payment.

EXTERNAL LINKS

Because external links are not owned and controlled by the Site, we strongly advise you read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of any third-party site that you may visit.

TERMINATION

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or related to the website or these Terms will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Victoria.

We monitor material published by the Advertisers however we are not liable for the content, communications or representations published by the Advertisers on the Site.
